This website is an online catalogue; you don't need to create an account and we ask for no data simply to look around. We only process the data you share with us yourself when you get in touch, for example your name, company, phone number or email address and the content of your message or order, via email, phone or WhatsApp.

Solely to handle your enquiry or order and to stay in touch with you as a customer or relation. We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not build personal profiles.

For website statistics we use Vercel Analytics: a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement that shows, in aggregate, which pages are visited. No tracking cookies are placed and no individual visitors are followed or identified. The website therefore places no cookies for which consent is required.

We never sell your data. We do engage processors who help us keep the site and communication running, such as our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider. The usual agreements are in place with them and they process data only on our instructions.

No longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it, or for as long as a statutory (for example tax) retention obligation requires.

You have the right to access your data, to correction, to erasure and to object to processing. Send an email to info@ceka.nl and we'll take care of it. If you can't resolve it with us, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
